Returns / Refunds If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, tell us why info@mypetstore.com and then just return it within seven days (unopened in original packaging) for a replacement or credit. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.


DELIVERY We are committed to prompt delivery. We will always aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. If we cannot dispatch your order within 2 days we will contact you so that you can decide if you want to make alternative arrangements.
